Mr. Neill Appointed SVP, Global Strategy and Customer Experience
Herndon, VA – March 24, 2014 – EdgeConneX®, a provider of innovative edge infrastructure solutions, today announces the addition of Peter Neill as Senior Vice President of Global Product Strategy and Customer Experience. Peter rounds out the executive management team and will be responsible for global product development, product management and delivering a differentiated customer experience with EdgeConneX.
Mr. Neill brings 25 years of communications experience with wireline and wireless companies. Most recently, Mr. Neill served as Chief Customer Experience Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Process Engineering at Level 3 Communications Inc., where he oversaw the integration of Global Crossing, built a global business process team, and managed the end-to-end customer experience across the business. Before that, he was responsible for the Content Markets Group, supporting digital media clients. Prior to Level 3, Mr. Neill spent two years as Co-Founder of early stage companies, including Tower Cloud (alternative backhaul provider) and PT Wireless (distributed antenna service provider), 11 plus years building wireless networks for McCaw Cellular /AT&T Wireless / Cingular and over six years with Sprint.
