As President of Edge at EdgeConneX, Lynn Smullen leads the company’s overall strategy and go-to-market execution for its Edge and Inference business, driving innovation and growth in next-generation edge solutions.

With a proven track record spanning Fortune 500 enterprises and dynamic startups, Lynn has built and scaled high-performing sales, business development, and strategic partnership organizations. Her career is distinguished by consistent success in accelerating revenue and margin growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Before joining EdgeConneX, Lynn served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Oracle, where she spearheaded transformative growth through the company’s largest and most strategic alliances.  She also held the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Clients at Oracle (joining in 2021), leading global relationships with the largest clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Technology sectors.

Prior to Oracle, Lynn was Division Vice President of Sales at Verizon, where she directed the Digital Infrastructure, Hyperscaler, and Emerging Segments business. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at Savvis, Lumen (formerly CenturyLink), and Cable & Wireless.

Lynn is a highly regarded leader in the ICT industry. She completed two terms as a member of the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) Board of Governors and served on its Advisory Council. She has been recognized as one of the IM100 by iMasons and named among Capacity Media’s Top 20 Women to Watch in the global communications industry.  In addition to her professional achievements, Lynn serves on the boards of OCOLO and Lonestar Data Holdings, and a member of the Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society.  Lynn holds a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and pursued graduate studies at The George Washington University School of Business.
