March 8th is International Women’s Day – a day of celebration of the remarkable achievements of women and a powerful call to action for gender equality. This year’s theme, #InspireInclusion, urges us to collectively create a world where all women, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance, feel embraced, empowered, and able to reach their full potential.

In addition to our internal initiatives, this year’s goal for WomenConneX is to create an education program to empower girls who are interested in STEM to consider a role in the data center industry. We are looking at creating online content that helps with the learning paths to our sector, visiting education establishments to provide talks, and joining forces with some key Girls in STEM charity organizations across the globe.
