EdgeConneX holds a large, land-banked parcel in Dublin that currently houses two purpose-built data centers and property available for new data center builds. It is operational and power banked for a total of over 170MW, supporting a total of two existing and up to five new data centers in the Grange Castle Business Park close to downtown Dublin and Dublin Airport.

Power, space, and interconnection services to a number of key network providers are available.
