Ms. Zhan leads EdgeConneX enterprise-wide Transformation function to support the company’s rapid growth in the complex global market. In this capacity, she works with business leaders and teams across all functional disciplines, focusing on driving operational excellence and achieving agility. Ms. Zhan was previously the Chief Accounting Officer responsible for all aspects of EdgeConneX global accounting operations, Risk Management, Treasury, and Tax functions. She also participates in the board oversight of Chayora, EdgeConneX strategic investment in China, and other investments.
Ms. Zhan began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the technology and information communication industries. Before joining EdgeConneX, Ms. Zhan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel operator, where she oversaw all aspects of the company’s Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
She holds a CPA and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, an MA in Economics from Ohio University, and a BA in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
